Why Me...
Because...
I’ve lived it.
For years, I didn’t understand myself.
I didn’t understand why my mind never seemed to slow down. Why I could perform under pressure but struggle with the simplest things. Why I constantly felt overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, frustrated, or like I was somehow getting life wrong.
Like many adults with ADHD, I grew up believing I just needed to “try harder.”
From school through to adulthood, I experienced the confusion, self-doubt and emotional rollercoaster that comes from living with an undiagnosed neurodivergent brain. I knew I thought differently. I knew I reacted differently. But I didn’t understand why.
And when you don’t understand yourself, it affects everything:
confidence
relationships
work
emotional wellbeing
self-worth
Eventually, after years of masking, overthinking and pushing myself to exhaustion, I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.
That diagnosis changed everything.
Not because it “fixed” me — but because, for the first time in my life, things finally made sense.
I stopped viewing myself as broken.
I started understanding how my brain actually worked.
And that understanding completely changed the way I approached life, work, leadership and mental health.
Real Life Experience — Not Just Theory
What makes my approach different is that I combine lived experience with real-world leadership experience.
For over 20 years, I worked within high-pressure corporate environments, managing teams, supporting operations and working in leadership roles across large organisations and global businesses.
I understand workplace pressure.
I understand burnout.
I understand masking.
I understand what it feels like to constantly feel “on.”
And I also understand the incredible strengths that neurodivergent people can bring when they’re properly supported.
That combination allows me to connect with both individuals and organisations in a way that feels honest, relatable and practical.
Why Organisations Work With Me
I don’t deliver clinical jargon or textbook theory.
I deliver real conversations.
The kind that help people genuinely understand ADHD, neurodiversity and mental health in a human way.
My talks, workshops and coaching are built around:
lived experience
practical strategies
emotional understanding
workplace reality
honest conversations
reframing ADHD strengths
Whether I’m speaking in schools, working with leadership teams, supporting employees or coaching individuals, my goal is always the same:
To help people feel understood instead of judged.
Because when people understand how their brains work, everything changes.
More Than Awareness
This isn’t just about awareness for me.
It’s personal.
Made With ADHD was created to challenge stigma, create conversations and help people realise they are not broken — they’re simply wired differently.
I want people to leave my sessions feeling:
empowered
understood
informed
hopeful
confident in themselves
Because ADHD isn’t just about struggles.
It’s also creativity.
Innovation.
Energy.
Resilience.
Problem-solving.
Passion.
Sometimes people just need help seeing that in themselves again.
So… Why Me?
Because I understand both the personal and professional side of ADHD.
Because I know what it feels like to spend years not understanding yourself.
Because I’ve lived the challenges.
Because I’ve led teams under pressure.
Because I know how to connect with people honestly.
And because I genuinely care about helping people and organisations create environments where neurodivergent minds can thrive.Made with ADHD was born from a lifetime of ups and downs navigating the world with a mind that never quite fit the mold. For years, I struggled with feeling misunderstood, battling anxiety, and trying to meet expectations that didn’t align with how I process life. But through those challenges came clarity, strength, and a deep desire to create something meaningful, and a determination to not stop learning and then to help others.
